Yes, it is possible to select your own location, although Pizza Delight will need to approve of the site.
The standard franchise agreement matches the restaurant lease agreement. Most restaurant lease agreements are normally of a 10-year duration, this is typically co-terminus with the expiry of the lease.
Each franchisee receives comprehensive training in all aspects of owning and operating a Pizza Delight franchise. The training also includes operational, marketing and hands on in restaurant training. Prior to opening, franchisees train for 2 weeks in accredited Pizza Delight training locations plus 1 week MTY university. We also place a field training team on-site before opening to help ensure that everyone knows exactly what they should be doing when the doors finally open.
