MR.SUB is supported by national banks in Canada. MR.SUB does not provide financial assistance although can recommend certain financial institutions to partner with. MR.SUB will be guiding you throughout this process so that you are able to achieve the desired outcome.
When you join MR.SUB, you’re part of a franchise with a plethora of advertising, business coaching and marketing support. Our team is built of experienced marketing experts prioritizing excellent brand visibility in each market.
Yes, it is possible to select your own location, although MR.SUB will need to approve of the site.
The standard franchise agreement matches the restaurant lease agreement. Most restaurant lease agreements are normally of a 10-year duration, this is typically co-terminus with the expiry of the lease.
Each franchisee receives comprehensive training in all aspects of owning and operating a MR.SUB franchise. The training also includes operational, marketing and hands on in restaurant training. Prior to opening, franchisees train for 2 weeks in accredited MR.SUB training locations plus 1 week MTY university. We also place a field training team on-site before opening to help ensure that everyone knows exactly what they should be doing when the doors finally open.
